The following guide applies to Enerdrive B-TEC, eLITE, and Pro Series lithium batteries. If you are charging a non-Enerdrive lithium battery, check the charging specifications for the battery and adjust the values accordingly.
STEP 1: Turn the display on. This can be done by pressing the menu button while the DC2DC is connected to the house battery and either the vehicle or solar inputs.
STEP 2: Press and hold the MENU button until the battery chemistry types (Gel, AGM, Lithium etc) on the top of the display starts flashing. Once flashing, let go of the MENU button.
STEP 3: Use the SEL button to navigate chemistry types until Lithium begins flashing.
STEP 4: Press the SET button to set it to Lithium.
STEP 5: Use the SEL button to set the bulk charge voltage to 14.4V
STEP 6: Press the SET button to confirm the bulk charge voltage
STEP 7: Use the SEL button to set the float voltage to 13.5V
STEP 8: Press the SET button to confirm the float voltage
STEP 9: Use the SEL Button to select the bulk charge current value. 40A is the recommended value for systems that have an appropriate sized alternator, cables, and fusing.
STEP 10: Press the SET button to confirm the bulk charge current value
STEP 11: Use the SEL button to select the termination current value. This number should be higher than the combined constant loads on your battery. If you are unsure what value to use, then select the highest value available.
STEP 12: Press the SET button to confirm the termination current value
STEP 13: Press the MENU button to confirm all settings. Your DC2DC is now programmed.
