The Standalone 400W and 600W Inverter status light and beeping interval will indicate a warning or fault condition. Multiple conditions can be expressed by the same status light and beeping, A list of possible warning or fault conditions are listed below:
Status Light | Condition | Corrective Action |
Green and beeping at 2 second intervals | Internal temperature is too high and unit is close to shutdown |
Reduce load and check if unit ventilation is blocked |
Green and beeping at 2 second intervals | DC Input voltage is too high and unit is close to shutdown | Check battery voltage or if any external charger is connected to the battery bank |
Green and beeping at 2 second intervals | DC Input Voltage is too low and unit is close to shutdown | Recharge battery as unit will shutdown shortly |
Red and beeping at 1 second intervals | Over temperature shutdown | Reduce AC load and provide more ventilation to unit. AC output will resume when temperature drops |
Red and beeping at 1 second intervals | DC Input Over Voltage Shutdown | Check battery voltage or if any external charger is connected to the battery bank. AC output will resume when voltage is in operating range. |
Red and beeping at 1 second intervals | DC Input Under Voltage Shutdown | Recharge battery. AC output will resume when voltage is in operating range |
Red and beeping at 1 second intervals | AC Output Overload Shutdown | Check AC load for short circuit or for power draw beyond the inverters limit. Reduce AC load |
