If you are having difficulty getting your ePRO+ screen to turn on, please work your way through the following list to isolate the problem
Poor connection at the shunt
Check the connections to the system and battery sides of the shunt. Ensure that the cables have been run correctly, the connections to the shunt are tight, and that there are no washers between the cable lugs and the shunt. The ePRO+ comes with a yellow warning tag attached to the shunt that must be removed before it can be used.
Poor QLink Cable connection
Check the QLink cable is connected between the back of the screen and one of the two QLink ports on the shunt (see image below). If you have modified the QLink cable, make sure that the cable terminals have been well crimped and oriented correctly.
Poor supply wire connection
The ePRO+ requires a fused supply wire between the shunt and positive terminal of the Main battery (see image below). This provides the ePRO+ with power and allows it to monitor the voltage of your primary battery bank. Make sure that the supply wire has been properly connected and that the inline fuse has been installed and has not blown. If your system uses a fuse block instead of the inline fuse, double check that the fuse in the block hasn't blown.
Check your battery isn't flat
The ePRO+ requires a battery voltage of >6.5V to operate. Check your battery with a multimeter to confirm that it is not flat.
If you have B-TEC battery that has gone flat, a reset guide can be found here.
If you have a Pro Series Lithium battery that has gone flat, please contact Enerdrive Support
If you have any other type of battery that has gone flat, a guide to charging flat batteries can be found here.
Reset your ePRO+
If you tried all of the above options and continue to have problems with your ePRO+ screen, try resetting the ePRO+ by removing and reconnecting the supply wire.
