If you are encountering difficulties connecting to your B-TEC through the ENERDRIVE | DOMETIC Bluetooth app, please take the following steps:
STEP 1: Ensure that your phone's Bluetooth is switched on and that you have the latest version of the ENERDRIVE | DOMETIC app downloaded to your phone. This can be found in the App Store for iPhone users and in the Google Play Store for Android users.
STEP 2: Disconnect from other Bluetooth devices. The presence of other Bluetooth devices (e.g. portable speakers) may interfere with the connection between your phone and the B-TEC.
STEP 3: If you are still unable to connect to your B-TEC, or if you find that your ENERDRIVE | DOMETIC app is providing blank information, then you can reset the Bluetooth on the B-TEC. To do this, press and hold the flat battery reset button (located on the top of the B-TEC) for more than 10 seconds. This will reset the B-TEC's internal BMS and allow you to reconnect our Bluetooth.
