The inside of a B-TEC contains multiple groups of cells connected in series to achieve the required voltage. The voltage of individual cell groups can be seen in the ENERDRIVE | DOMETIC App. Every group of cells is unique and it is normal for there to be some variance in voltage between them, especially when charging or discharging at a high rate. Over time, the B-TEC's cell balancing system will reduce these imbalances and keep the cells relatively even.
Cell voltage levels are best checked after the battery has been discharged part way from full and allowed to rest (i.e. no charging or discharging) for at least 30 minutes. If there is a difference between the highest and lowest cells after the rest period, please screenshot the app and email it to support.enerdrive@dometic.com so the ENERDRIVE | DOMETIC support team can determine if there is a balancing issue.
