Occasionally there will be a discrepancy between SOC% and the value shown on the ePRO+ Battery Monitor. Try the following options to resolve the issue.
1. Fully charge the batteries and re-sync the ePRO+ Battery Monitor to 100%
2. If there is still a significant discrepancy, completely drain the battery until it switches off and then restart the battery and proceed to recharge it. The restart procedure can be found here.
3. If a significant discrepancy remains after this process, please contact the Enerdrive Support team for further guidance.
