Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Shipping Information
Dometic Power & Control (Enerdrive) Pty Ltd use National Carriers to deliver you orders. We charge a flat fee rate for deliveries which is charged to your order.
Please Note - Special Conditions apply to Unique Locations. If the delivery address is deemed a "unique location" you will receive a notification via email or direct phone call advising the additional freight costs to be incurred
Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48hrs. Special Order Items, Production Items and Short Stock Items will have an extended delivery time.
Returning Goods for a credit
- Only items that are regularly stocked at Dometic Power & Control (Enerdrive) Pty Ltd and that are locally available may be accepted for return.
- Items that were special ordered, cannot be accepted for return.
- Once a product has been installed or used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
- If items are returned in any condition other than brand new, they will be subject to additional restocking/repackaging fees or may be rejected for return, in which case they will be returned to you at your cost.
Dometic Power & Control (Enerdrive) Pty Ltd will only accept returns if: -
- The items are no older than 6 months from date of purchase.
- The goods are in perfect, re-saleable condition.
- The goods are in their original packaging, complete with any manuals, cables, remotes, etc.
- We have received notification within 30 days of you receipting the goods.
If all the above criteria are met, and the items are accepted for return, upon receipt of those items a credit for 100% of the purchase value will be applied to your account, less the following restocking fees: -
- Batteries - up to 3 months from date of invoice = 10% restocking fee.
- Batteries - 3-6 months from date of invoice = 20% restocking fee.
- All other products - up to 6 months from date of invoice = 10% restocking fee.

Goods Damaged in Transit or Incorrectly Supplied
We will replace any goods you receive that were damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied. Damaged or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
No goods will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval from us.
