We are advising that a temporary fuel surcharge will be applied to all deliveries from 1 April 2026. This is in response to significant and rapid increases in global fuel and freight costs that have pushed transport expenses beyond normal operating levels.
We understand the importance of cost stability for your business and want to assure you that this measure is temporary and directly linked to current market conditions. We are working closely with our international shipping providers and local road transport partners to monitor the situation and, most importantly, to minimize the impact wherever possible.
The surcharge will be reviewed weekly, and we will communicate any changes whether increases or reductions as they occur. The surcharge includes the impact of the reduction in fuel excise announced by the Federal Government on March 30th.
Fuel surcharge (from 1 April 2026): 15% (will be applied per delivery as a percentage of your freight costs only and shown as a separate line item on your invoice).
Customer-arranged freight or warehouse pickup: No surcharge will apply.
We appreciate your understanding and continued partnership during this period of volatility. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our team.
