Single Items with a Gross weight of 25kg or greater must be secured on a Skid or Pallet for Transport providers to safely transport. Transport providers may choose to not transport an item that is greater than 25kg without the item being secured to a skid \ pallet.
If you need to return a product to the Enerdrive warehouse for Inspection, Repair or Warranty Replacement which the item requires to be secured to a Skid \ Pallet please follow the below steps:

- Package your item for return in a suitable box
- Make sure it’s well padded and protected, especially underneath and packed so the item can not be damaged in transit

✅ 🚚Step-by-Step Instructions if you require a Pallet or Skid to be supplied
- Please seek out a local Transport Carrier in the area you are in to arrange assistance with securing the package to a skid \ pallet.
💡If you require a pallet and don’t have one available or a transport carrier nearby check with your local Supermarket or any other local business who may have surplus pallet(s) they could assist in providing free of charge.
- Provide the dimensions of the packed item on the Skid \ Pallet (L x W x H) and an estimated weight (Item + Packaging + Skid \ Pallet) by replying to your Enerdrive ticket.
- Enerdrive will arrange with their nominated Transport Carrier to have the item collected from the advised address and transported back to the nearest Enerdrive Service location for inspection, assessment, or repair.

- Once authorization from Enerdrive is provided Please take your packaged item to the nominated Transport Carrier Depot.

✅🚚 Step-by-Step Instructions if you are supplying a Pallet or Skid
- If you have the ability to supply a Skid \ Pallet yourself please proceed with securing the packaged item to the Skid \ Pallet and provide the dimensions of the packed item on the Skid \ Pallet (Length cm x Width cm x Height cm) and an estimated weight (Item + Packaging + Skid \ Pallet in Kilograms KG) by replying to your Enerdrive Support ticket
- Enerdrive will arrange with their nominated Transport Carrier to have the item collected or Transported back to the nearest Enerdrive Service location for inspection, assessment, or repair.
