Your Consumer Rights
Australia: You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in addition to this warranty.
New Zealand: Rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply (unless for commercial use).
Warranty Coverage
• Up to 5 years from date of purchase (see product-specific table).
• Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Applies to Enerdrive-branded products & systems only.
Common Warranty Scenarios
1. User Error – No worries! Contact support for help.
2. Installation Issues – Send photos of your setup; we’ll guide you.
3. Product Failure – If it’s a genuine fault, we’ll repair or replace it.
Advanced Warranty Replacement
• Credit Account Customers: Replacement shipped immediately; account charged. Return faulty item for a refund.
• COD/End Users: Same process but charged to your credit card.
⚠️ If the returned item is not faulty or not covered, no refund will be issued, and return shipping is at your cost.
Making a Warranty Claim
1. Email support.enerdrive@dometic.com
2. Include:
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and wiring
- Proof of purchase
3. Follow Enerdrive’s return instructions.
What’s Not Covered
• Improper use, storage, or installation
• Physical damage or environmental exposure
• Modifications or non-approved parts
• Commercial, medical, or mining use (unless agreed in writing – max 24 months)
What Enerdrive Will Do
If your claim is valid, Enerdrive will:
• Repair, replace, or refund the product
Other Key Notes
• Warranty is transferable (remaining period only)
• Serial number tampering may void warranty
• Replaced items become Enerdrive’s property
• If your product is discontinued, a similar or upgraded model may be provided
