To return a faulty product to the Enerdrive | Dometic service department please fill in the Faulty Product Return form. This will automatically create a support ticket in our system for your request.
Please make sure you fill in ALL your details and as much of the other requested information as possible. The more information you provide here the quicker we'll be able to help you.
Please attach some clear photos of your product and the general overview of your electrical installation. Photos are required and important to help us confirm the product model and greatly assist us with fault finding and diagnosis.
Once you have completed the form click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to send your request. We will be in contact with you as soon as we can with instructions on how to return your faulty product.
If, in the meantime, you need to get in touch with us, please do not submit another request, just simply reply to the confirmation email you receive from us about your request and we get back to you as soon as we can.
