How to return a new unused product for a credit (Dealers Only)

To return a new unused product to the Enerdrive | Dometic warehouse for a credit please fill in the Return for Credit form.

Please make sure you fill in ALL your details and as much of the other requested information as possible. The more information you provide here the quicker we'll be able to help you.

Once you have completed the form click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to send your request.

If, in the meantime, you need to get in touch with us, please do not submit another request, just simply reply to the confirmation email you receive from us about your request and we get back to you as soon as we can.
